In honor of the Germantown Charity Horse Show ‘s 60th Anniversary in 2008, the city celebrated with a Painted Horses Public Arts Community Event.

Various artists competed to win the chance to decorate life-sized horses, which are on display throughout the city. This one is permanently placed at the Germantown Chamber of Commerce.
